3. WARRANTY
3.1 Standard Warranty
Duration: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Apotema Audio products

Manufacturing defects
Operational malfunctions not related to use
Internal components
What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use
Damage caused by external events (drops, impacts, water ingress, solvents)
Tampering or unauthorized modifications
Use outside the specified parameters
3.2 Products Damaged Upon Receipt
Timeframe: Report within 30 days of receipt
Resolution: Immediate refund or free replacement, at your choice
Procedure:
Contact us at info@apotema-audio.it with a description and photos of the damage
You will receive confirmation within 24 hours
Free pickup of the damaged product
Shipment of the new product within 5 business days of receiving the damaged product

3.4 Warranty Activation Procedure
Contact Support: Send a description of the problem to info@apotema-audio.it
Diagnosis: You will receive a diagnosis within 48 hours
Resolution:
Free repair: If the damage is covered by the warranty
Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired
Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible
Timeline: Resolution within 15 days of diagnosis
4. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If, for any reason, any provision of these Terms of Sale is held to be invalid, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions set forth in these Terms of Sale shall in no way be affected.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. The interpretation, performance, and termination of these Terms of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
Any disputes arising from and/or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian courts. In particular, if the user qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the user’s domicile or residence in accordance with applicable law.
