NOISE KILLER
Dedicated Mains Filter
It connects in series, works in parallel, and was created to provide each system with high quality power without noise

plug-in dedicated mains filter
Each active device runs on the energy supplied to it from the power grid, and this energy is the basis on which every system begins to make music.
If your system is not yet able to reach its full potential, the limitation is probably to be found in the inadequate quality of the power supply.
Noise Killer is designed to eliminate electrical noise directly at the input of individual audio system components. This maximises the filtering effect and makes the quality of the upstream power cable less influential.
Although at first glance it may look like a series filter, the Noise Killer is for all intents and purposes a parallel filter: decreases noise, increases dynamics.
Eliminating mains interference and disturbances is a necessary step in raising the quality level of any music reproduction system.

The cleanliness of the power supply is a decisive factor in achieving maximum performance from any music reproduction system. Noise-sensitive components, such as signal sources and especially phono preamplifiers that handle very low level signals, require a noise-free power supply.
Parallel-type filters have no negative side effects, and if connected to the power input of particularly noise-sensitive devices such as sources they perform best in reducing disturbances on the mains network, both those coming from outside and those generated by the power supplies in the components of our system itself
Apotema’s NOISE KILLER is very easy to use: simply plug it in directly between the cable and the power socket of the device, which can finally work to its full potential.
For reasons due to the principles behind its operation, it is not recommended to combine the Noise Killer with filtered multisockets that make use of ‘series’ type filters, either differential or common mode.

Why Noise Killer is superior
There are many reasons why Noise Killer is superior to other filters on the market:
Selected components: we purchase and test hundreds of different components and use only those, very few in fact, that guarantee full achievement of our goals
Aluminium shielding housing: it would be unfortunate if noise, once it had entered the Noise Killer, could be radiated back into the surrounding environment, contaminating the music signal as well. This happens in filters with plastic casing. The Noise Killer has a body made entirely of aluminium: a Faraday cage that completely isolates the inside of the filter from the outside world
Mechanical robustness: the high-thickness rhodium-plated plug withstands thousands of insertions without losing its conductivity, while the solid aluminium body guarantees reliability in all conditions of use
