New and undamaged products: in their original, unopened packaging and with all accessories
Included freebies: any promotions active at the time of purchase

Not eligible for return:

Products showing signs of use, damaged, or with opened packaging
Products lacking original documentation or certifications
Products purchased through promotions marked “non-returnable”

 

3. Return Procedure

Receive Confirmation: You will receive confirmation within 48 hours with instructions for pickup
Ship Return: The product must be shipped within 7 days of confirmation, using insured and trackable shipping with adequate protective packaging
Quality Check: We will verify the condition of the product within 5 days of receipt.

 

4. Refunds

Timeline: The refund will be processed within 15 days of confirmation of a valid return
Method: The same payment method used for the purchase (no additional fees)
Shipping Costs: The initial shipping costs are non-refundable; you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

5. Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the product for another Apotema Audio model:

Payment of price difference: Any price difference will be charged
New shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of the new product
Promotions: Any active promotions will be applied to the new purchase

 

6. Warranty and Damaged Products

Products Damaged Upon Receipt: Immediate refunds or free replacement within 30 days
Product Warranty: All Apotema Audio products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
