A different POWER AMP

As in all Apotema Audio products, in the XPA 202 power amplifier the power supply is the cornerstone on which its excellent sonic qualities are articulated. However, what differentiates it most and makes it unique is the possibility of taking on very different configurations, thus adapting to the most varied amplification requirements.

Many configurations, one SOUND

Speakers are all different, so how do you make sure you get the best possible interfacing? The answer lies in the versatility of the amplifier: the amplifier stages of the XPA 202 can be combined with each other to achieve the best synergy with your loudspeakers in every situation in terms of power, control, sensitivity, number of ways.

In addition to the standard configuration, we have combined Bi-wiring with true Bi-amping (the individual sections share only the power supply), which allows total separation of the different speaker paths.

All these configurations can be used in the XPA 202’s two operating modes: parallel, for more current delivery on difficult loads, or bridged, for higher power on low-sensitivity loudspeakers.

As with all Apotema Audio products, in the XPA 202 power amplifier the power supply is the cornerstone on which its excellent sonic qualities are built. With 2 transformers of 500VA each and a total capacity of 380,000uF, power availability is ensured under all working conditions.
